Thank you for your interest in vending at Green River Festival 2025!
Craft Vendors
Application deadline: March 11, 2025
Artists and Craft Vendors: applications are now open for the Makers Market at the 39th annual Green River Festival! The Makers Market is located right next to the Back Porch Stage and the Round House Stage, as well as the Main Entrance and Exit of our festival. Reinvisioned to be even more of an attraction for festival goers, and a hub of foot traffic! The Market will be the shortcut between the Dean’s Bean Stage / Food Vendors and the Back Porch Stage / Roundhouse, which promises to bring the audience back and forth throughout each day. Festooned with brightly colored pennant flags and bistro lights, as well as large “Market” banners, the market will be a beacon day and night.
New this year – THREE booth size choices in a vintage cattle barn – two are bigger than your 10×10 pop up! All offer the opportunity to use a strong wooden structure to your advantage. You can attach display and decor items to the structure and really do it up, or simply use your existing displays and materials. Either way, rest assured that the strong and airy barn will shelter you from any inclement weather. Leave your tent at home!
We are seeking artists offering their handmade goods as well as a limited number of unique retail vendors with an emphasis on sustainable, eco-friendly products that harmonize with our festival atmosphere.
Consider sharing your talents with us and joining our incredible festival family. More information is available on the Craft Vendor Application
Food & Beverage Vendors
Application deadline: March 1, 2025
Green River Festival has a wonderful family of food and beverage vendors who have been with the festival for a long time, as well as several who have joined us recently. As always, we are seeking vendors who will work together to offer a healthy balance of delicious, specialized offerings and great customer service. Food trucks, tented vendors, hybrid and roving vendors as well — with an emphasis on tasty, locally-sourced, farm-to-festival fare that meshes with our Go Greener vibe. More information is available on the Food Vendor Application.
