Food & Beverage Vendors

Green River Festival has a wonderful family of food and beverage vendors who have been with the festival for a long time, as well as several who have joined us recently. As always, we are seeking vendors who will work together to offer a healthy balance of delicious, specialized offerings and great customer service. Food trucks, tented vendors, hybrid and roving vendors as well — with an emphasis on tasty, locally-sourced, farm-to-festival fare that meshes with our Go Greener vibe. Craft Vendors
Application deadline: February 10, 2026
This juried marketplace features handmade clothing, jewelry, art and illustrations, accessories, ceramics and more, plus carefully chosen vintage and vinyl vendors. The Makers Market at the Green River Festival is a collection of open air stalls in a vintage barn at a major thoroughfare between the Back Porch Stage, the Deans Beans Stage and the Roundhouse. At night the marketplace is beautifully lit inside and out by long strings of bistro lights, while during the day, colorful strands of flags flutter festively overhead. Picnic tables and other seating areas make the Makers Market a fun place to hang out on breaks from the music and dancing.
Each vendor gets their own space inside the barn – no tent needed! – with three wooden half walls, post and beam supports, and electricity. Vendors will be well protected from rainy weather. You are welcome to attach your displays and decor to the barn to create a unique shopping experience for your visitors.
Makers Market Vendor Feedback
While I’ve art directed and made signs for a variety of festivals and their vendors since 1985, I’d never had a booth that connected me to customers until last year when someone suggested I do it at Green River Festival, to see if people might be interested in getting their own festival-looking signs made. Festival-needs meant that I only had time to work the booth four hours each day on Saturday and Sunday, but what a great time that was! Connecting with people, making them happy with the signs they requested – I’ma do it again this year . . . and maybe . . . all the way into the future (if they’ll have me!)

A Bit More About Green River Festival…
Green River Festival averages 15,000 attendees over a three day weekend. Our festival is family friendly, and while GRF historically serves a wide age range (from the little ones to their grandparents), our adult demographics have trended a bit younger in the last couple of years.

Given the barn’s unique architecture, there is a set amount of space available in each of the following sizes.
- 8×10 – $650 (includes 2 vendor badges)
- 12×10 – $750 (includes 2 vendor badges)
- 16×10 – $875 (includes 3 vendor badges)
- 24×10 – $975 (includes 4 vendor badges)
